The Calling Compass
Three questions, about fifteen minutes, and a clearer view of where your spiritual work wants to go next.

What to expect
The Compass asks three questions that come up in almost every conversation I have about turning spiritual work into a living:
- Who are you here for?
- What do you want to offer?
- What's holding you back right now?
There are no wrong answers. Some things will get clearer, others will stay open, and both are fine. Find fifteen quiet minutes, maybe with a cup of tea. If you like, there's a ready-made prompt at the end so an AI assistant can reflect your answers back to you.
Get your Compass
Sign up and the Compass comes to your inbox. Over the following days I'll write to you a few times: about my own path and about what I see with many spiritual practitioners who are building their work.
After you sign up, you'll get an email with a confirmation link (double opt-in). Your sign-up becomes active, and the Compass is sent, only once you click it.
Questions people ask
What is the Calling Compass?
A free reflection for spiritual practitioners: three questions (who you're here for, what you want to offer, and what's holding you back), each with a few deeper prompts. It takes about fifteen minutes and shows you which level of your spiritual business to look at next.
Is this a spiritual calling quiz or test?
Not in the sense of a score. There are no right or wrong answers and nothing is graded. It's a set of honest questions you answer for yourself, on paper or in a note.
What happens after I sign up?
You'll get an email asking you to confirm your address. Once you click the link, the Compass arrives, followed by a few emails from Mark over the next days. You can unsubscribe with one click at any time.
Can I use AI with the Compass?
Yes, if you like. After the three questions you'll find a prompt you can paste into ChatGPT or Claude together with your answers, so the AI can reflect them back to you. Leave out anything private about clients.
