Why “AI”
In Japanese, 愛 (ai) means love.
I've studied and lived in Japan for many years, and I like that the word holds both. Artificial intelligence is a tool. Love is the reason you'd use it at all. In Spirit X AI we keep both in view: the technology serves the person, never the other way around.

I'm a Japanologist and a Shingon practitioner and researcher, and I've worked in the spiritual field for more than 25 years. What is Spirit X AI?
Spirit X AI is an online community on Skool for spiritual practitioners (Reiki practitioners, shamanic practitioners, energy workers, intuitive guides and others) who want to turn their calling into honest, sustainable work. It's run by Mark Hosak, PhD, a Japanologist with more than 25 years of spiritual work, who is building his own online business with AI and shares what works along the way.
Why is it called Spirit X AI?
“AI” has two meanings here. It stands for artificial intelligence, the tool. And in Japanese, 愛 (ai) means love. The idea is simple: AI can take over the drafting, sorting and repeating, while love stays the reason you do the work in the first place.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. Most members know technology only as far as they've needed it. You start where you are, and you decide how much AI you want to use. Some people use it for one email a week, others for their whole website.
Will AI make my spiritual work feel fake?
Only if you let it speak instead of you. In Spirit X AI, AI is a helper for structure, first drafts and admin. Your presence, your intuition and the actual sessions stay yours. Nothing you publish should claim anything you wouldn't say face to face.
How much does the community cost?
